Welcome to the Electronic Staff Record Programme Website
The Electronic Staff Record (ESR) solution will replace 29 payroll systems and 38 HR systems with a single, national, integrated solution and will be used by all NHS organisations – some 615 throughout England and Wales.
This site is designed for use by all NHS organisations who will be implementing ESR, and for any other organisations or individuals interested in learning more about the Electronic Staff Record programme.
